Privacy Policy

App: Pryzzi  |  Last updated: July 29, 2026  |  Contact: rinsestuivenberg@icloud.com

This Privacy Policy explains how Pryzzi (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you use our iOS application. Please read it carefully. By using Pryzzi, you agree to the practices described here.

App positioning: Pryzzi helps you improve posture habits and ease everyday stiffness through guided neck, shoulder, and upper-back mobility and stretch routines—including built-in plans, custom routines, a posture break timer, and optional voice control during training.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile (on-device)

Pryzzi uses a local session on your device (not a remote social login). We may store on-device identifiers and profile fields such as:

User content & training data (on-device)

Voice input (optional)

If you enable voice control on the training player, the App accesses the microphone and Apple’s on-device / Apple-provided speech recognition to interpret short English commands (for example: pause, resume, next, back, stop). Audio is used for command recognition during an active listening session; we do not operate a separate voice-recording archive in the App.

Device & permissions

When you grant permissions, the App may access the camera, photo library, microphone, and speech recognition as described in Section 5. We do not collect precise location for this App’s core features.

Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment. The App records product codes, coin amounts credited, and local transaction-id de-duplication on your device.

Analytics & advertising SDKs

The current App build does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising attribution SDKs such as Adjust, Facebook SDK, Firebase Analytics, or AppsFlyer, and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Local Storage vs. Server Storage

Local storage

Most app data is stored locally using Apple frameworks such as UserDefaults and files in the App’s Documents directory (for example avatars and custom/AI cover images). Session state for features like the break timer may also be kept locally.

Network / server-related processing

There is no separate Pryzzi cloud account profile sync in the current local-session design.

4. AI Features & Image Processing

Pryzzi can generate a routine cover image from a text prompt. This feature:

Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected; they are provided for creative cover visuals only and are not medical advice.

5. Device Permissions

PermissionHow Pryzzi uses it
Camera Take a photo for your profile avatar or a custom routine cover (with optional crop).
Photo Library Choose an existing photo for your avatar or custom routine cover.
Microphone Capture audio when you turn on voice control in the training player for hands-free commands.
Speech Recognition Convert spoken commands (e.g., pause, next, previous, stop) into player actions.

You can deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings. Some features will be unavailable without the related permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies when you use the related feature.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by:

8. Data Retention

On-device data remains until you delete it (for example via Delete All Data), uninstall the App, or clear app data through iOS. AI providers and Apple may retain technical logs according to their own policies for the short period needed to process a request.

9. Account Deletion

From Profile you can use Delete All Data (wording may appear as deleting local data rather than a cloud account). This clears local session tokens, nickname/avatar, coins balance, training history, custom routines, stats, and break-timer data on the device, while retaining limited non-content flags such as whether a first-time reward was already granted. Because access is local-session based, removing data returns you to a fresh on-device start.

10. Security

We use standard platform protections (sandboxed storage, HTTPS for network calls where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Keep your device locked and updated.

11. Children's Privacy

Pryzzi is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help you remove local data guidance.

12. International Users

The App is intended for a general international audience. If you use AI cover generation or Apple services, processing may occur in countries other than your own, subject to those providers’ terms.

13. Your Choices & Rights

Because the App does not use ATT tracking frameworks in the current build, there is no in-app ATT prompt to manage. System-level privacy controls still apply to Apple services you enable.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
