Welcome to Pryzzi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pryzzi iOS application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and meet any minimum age required in your region (generally at least 13, or higher where required). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with parent or guardian consent where required.
Pryzzi currently uses a local on-device session. You may be asked to agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before continuing. You are responsible for activity on your device related to the App. You can exit the local session and use Delete All Data features as provided in Profile. There is no separate “restore purchases” consumer flow for consumable coins beyond Apple’s own purchase handling.

Pryzzi provides general fitness/mobility guidance for wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting exercise if you have pain, injury, or medical conditions.
You agree not to:
You retain rights to content you create (custom routines, nicknames, photos you upload, prompts you enter). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the features you request (including sending prompts to the AI cover provider and storing images on your device). You represent that you have the rights needed to use any photos you upload.
AI cover images are generated by third-party models via an external API. Outputs may be wrong, biased, incomplete, or unexpected. AI covers are decorative only and are not exercise prescriptions or medical guidance. Coin charges for generation follow the App’s spend rules and may not be refundable once a generation request is processed.
Coins are a virtual, consumable in-app currency with no cash value, not redeemable for money, and not transferable. Purchases are processed by Apple as consumable In-App Purchases. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, purchases are final and non-refundable. First-time local rewards and spend costs (such as AI cover generation) are defined in the App and may change.

Displayed App Store prices may vary by region, taxes, and Apple’s storefront. Availability of promotion packs may change.
Certain features require device permissions (Camera, Photo Library, Microphone, Speech Recognition). Denying permission may disable related features. Permission prompts describe intended uses; detailed privacy practices are in the Privacy Policy.
The App, branding, built-in routine content, and related materials are owned by Pryzzi or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from App assets except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Features (including AI covers, voice recognition, and purchase catalogs) may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We are not liable for downtime of third-party APIs, Apple services, or network conditions.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete local data through in-app controls or by uninstalling. We may restrict access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and payment terms) will survive termination.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXERCISE GUIDANCE IS SAFE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU PERSONALLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYZZI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR VIRTUAL COINS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW).
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence to the extent required by consumer law, otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact email below. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Purchases may also be subject to Apple’s media services terms.
